Roark is a mobile supply store that serves the needs of architecture students and professionals. They transitioned from a brick & mortar enterprise to a mobile distribution model that better serves the needs of their customers. The company has a regular route of stops in the Los Angeles region where it distributes preordered products to students on college campuses. They also make special stops for professionals who place larger orders.
For this project I used Magento platform, as it is generally regarded as among the best open source e-commerce software available. For the most part, this is a straightforward e-commerce solution, with the exception that the store does not require shipping information or payment when ordering, as the customer has the option to pay in person when taking delivery of the product.
